The 7th High-Level Dialogue on ASEAN-Italy Economic Relations recently took place in Bangkok. The event aimed to strengthen economic ties and discussed topics such as improving the supply chain, addressing climate change, and promoting inclusive growth through digitalization and innovation. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, stressed the importance of proactive economic diplomacy and strong partnerships. Valentino Valentini, Deputy Minister for Enterprises and Made in Italy, highlighted Italy’s role as an industrial ally in ASEAN’s growing economic landscape. Over 300 stakeholders attended the dialogue, including policymakers, business leaders, and scholars.
