Wuhan’s HHAn Polar Ocean Park proudly accepted the IAC flag, marking the countdown to the 2027 International Aquarium Congress. This event, often referred to as the “Olympics of the Aquarium Industry,” signifies the IAC’s return to China after 15 years, emphasizing Wuhan’s role in aquatic research and biodiversity promotion.
Advancing Aquatic Education and Conservation
Wuhan plans to enhance its environmental education with a new 2,000-square-meter science museum dedicated to the Yangtze River’s aquatic life. Tan Wencheng, General Manager of HHAn-Wuhan Polar Ocean Park, underlined the park’s commitment to fostering public awareness and conservation initiatives in the region.
